Gartner places Oracle in the Leaders Quadrant

Gartner’s recent “Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation” has certainly put a sparkle into the Oracle camp. Oracle’s Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM on Demand are both in the leaders - which means they ‘demonstrate a market-defining vision of how technology can help the top sales executives achieve business objectives.’

Anthony Lye, SVP of Oracle CRM said “Despite the long downturn in the economy, we believe Gartner and the Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation recognize that Oracle continues to innovate, grow and provide customers with the effective capabilities to save money and resources through sales force automation,”

Siebel CRM, whilst achieving top-and-bottom-line growth through clarification of businesses - enables firms to manage their customer-facing operations more effectively with a transactional, analytical and engagement combination of features.

Oracle CRM On Demand is a more advanced version of the leading Software as a Service CRM – regardless of a company’s size, it can manage all areas of their customer relations and still completely integrate with the enterprise systems architecture.

Oracle could not be happier about the Gartner Research – it most certainly is a huge thumbs up – Lye definitely agrees.

“We feel the placements of Oracle’s Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM On Demand in the leader’s quadrant provides further proof of how Oracle continues to impact customers and their overall business value.”
