Workshop: Customer service - Service automation in manufacturing industries, 4 Feb 2010

Microsoft and Calsoft are collaborating to conduct a Field Service Automation event on the Feb 4th 2010 at Microsoft Office Chennai. The two companies will help attendees explore the expectations of customers and practicalities of service provision today.

Calsoft, specialists in Microsoft applications and platforms, will together with the systems provider identify how organisations can deliver consistent experience to customers at various touch points in order to provide customer satisfaction. The workshop will explore how profitable relationships can be built by systematically improving the quality of service at every stage - from warranty support to repair services.

Utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service Automation, delegates will understand how to effectively respond to customers at every stage through issue tracking, management, escalation, its resolutions and customer follow-up. It will also provide best practice by helping to other complexities like validating customer entitlements against contracts, service scheduling,
availability of spare parts and interaction with external service providers.
